Damage: Please inspect all packages before accepting. Any damages must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original box & packing materials and contact the local UPS office for an inspection.

Stock Availability: If an item is not available when you order, you’ll be asked to either select a substitute and revise your order, or we’ll let you know when it will be available again. All stock availability is subject to change without notice.

Payment: We only accept U.S. funds. Prepayment is required on all orders. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, personal checks, & money orders. NOTE: If paying by check, your order will be shipped out when payment is received and cleared by the bank, which takes approximately 5-10 business days. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks. On checks please provide your telephone number and license number. Make checks and money orders payable to: Sage Canyon Soap at the address noted above.

Shipping: We ship via UPS and usually within 48 hours. Orders are processed and shipped in the order received.
